Seoul Women’s Hotline is a non-governmental organization funded by members’ fees, donations and profits made through benefit businesses. We are looking forward your support and donations. The donations will be used for both enhancing women’s human rights and terminating violence against women. It is okay for you to support only those programs or projects you wish. Donations will be used as follows; 1) For supervising and training volunteer counselors, managing and repairing counseling rooms, printing out counseling journals and various materials for those who visit our organization to receive counseling. 2) For food expenses for women at Shimteo, purchasing various items necessary to support them, education for their psychological healing and self-support. The funds can also be spent for activists on behalf of the shelter. 3) For enhancing research groups run by SWHL, publishing newsletters and materials, holding campaigns to enhance public awareness, and managing our homepage. 4) For purchasing items necessary to operate our offices, and for running campaigns and holding rallies. 5) For SWHL activists. Your donations will help us send activists to conferences, seminars and other educational events. This will encourage them to develop their knowledge and skills in support of women's human rights. |
